[Soc-2010-dev] Sculpt Status Report

This week was spent fixing bugs that appeared in sculpt code in trunk,
creating a new startup.blend for trunk that contains good default values for
sculpting and painting,
starting work to make sculpting and paint modes more consistent.

No new features to report.
