[Soc-2007-dev] Tax forms / proof of enrollment

I sent in my docs a while back. However, I thought it would be
good to mention to my fellow gsoc'ers (unless you didn't know
already) that you should be subscribed to the following group via
e-mail so you are alerted to important updates:
