[Soc-2007-dev] Tax forms / proof of enrollment

Hi students,

Google sent a mail out saying that we have students who
haven't yet finished their paperwork -- they didn't
list who, but if you are in this situation, please
submit this stuff ASAP. If you are unsure if this
applies to you, log into the Google SoC website and it
should display a message if your tax forms and transcripts
have been received.
