[Soc-2006-dev] SoC weekly reporting

Good afternoon, here is my weekly report doc
:)

a) What you did in the previous week;

1. Commited purgered version of codes with draft UI.
2. Started sun halo object elaboration. 

b) What you plan to do in the following week;
  
1. Complete with sun halo.
2. Start with aerial perspecive.

(and this will be whole sky part functionality, which will only require
tests and debug)

c) Describe any issues you are having that may require extra attention.
  
1. Color conversion possibly needs some tuning. (remains from prev report)
(2. Very bad exam tomorrow:( )
