[Soc-2006-dev] SoC weekly reporting

a) What I've done this week:
Work on the design doc (still incomplete) for the sculpting tools:

b) Next week:
I need to work out what needs to be changed in the design so the
sculpting tools can operate at least as fast as they do in
SharpConstruct. I'm not yet sure whether this will involve changes to
the algorithm, to the data structures, or to both.

c) Other issues:
Nothing comes to mind. I plan to be in the Sunday meeting again, so if
there's anything SoC-related that needs discussion, I'll be there.
