[Sig2006] Budget status

Hi Ton,

We're not planning on handing ou t-shirts, we won't need 100, but I'd
appreciate if there were a few GNOME t-shirts printed (75 sounds good,
we'll have about 8 or 9 people helping out throughout the week, and the
rest to give away?)
