As for now:

I've got a much better quote on the ceiling than expected. So we have  
space in our budget.
So, let's order a whole bunch of free tees to hand out! I've seen them  
being vacuumed in plastic once, taking up little storage. Will spend  
max 2000 USD on shirts, I guess that's OK!

I would also extend budget with sandwiches or so, for booth crew.
