[Orange-tech] home missing again / little py script for simple rendering using pdsh

having no clue how to fix drqueue there, i made a little py script to start 
plain blender cmdline jobs - feel free to see

it might do the job otherwise now but i see the homedirs are gone again!
could not find the sms number you sent earlier, hopefully email reaches within 
days (this is now first just for us to know how fast the farm does things for 
us, to be able to schedule based on real data, we are not doing the actual 
final renderings quite yet)
