Ok, guys. It's time to put the finishing touches on everything and 
submit it to Ton. We need to get this done before 2.4 releases, and 
that's about 2-3 weeks. Gernot, you're doing the makefiles & SCons 
stuff, right? And if you could submit some feedback on testing for msvc6 
Joseph that would be great. I'm sorry for being pushy, but the deadline 
is coming.
