More cleanup on Sintel rig.  Added some missing visualizations and widget shapes.  Locked appropriate transforms on all controls.  At this point I'm calling this rig officially separated from it's meta-rig.  I don't think I'll need to regenerate it again, and most of what I'll be doing from here on out are little tweaks here and there as well as corrective shape keys, both of which will likely be faster to do by hand.
