[Bsod-mentors] Intro, and graphical icons for arrow keys

Hi folks,

I'm looking forward to putting together the BSOD for the GE, and am 
catching up on the links to the templates etc at the moment ( which 
looks great )

Just a quick question... is there an image for the arrow keys ( eg for 
showing CTRL + UP for maximising a window size )
