[Bsod-mentors] SoD Wiki template

Maybe its just in IE, but the yellow "post-it note" on the left is cut off.  
Otherwise, I have no problem with the template.  Should we also start 
incorporating Matt's template changes as well?

BSoD Mentors and Matt-

I made a modification to macouno's base template and was wondering what you 
guys think.  I know it's a little...unwiki like, but I really dislike 
inlining of side topics and side notes because it disrupts information flow.

spidey - can we add a couple of templates at all? it would be useful for 
automation of a few things, including the side notes thing I did in the 
above link.  btw have you been giving edit rights to guys? I can do it, just 
wondered if you'd beaten me.
