[Bsod-mentors] Proposals and Ranking

Hi guys,

Myself and Dave(spidey) set up a Writeboard so that we can keep all out
comments and ranking in one place without the confusion of emails being
everywhere.

Now I have set it up so that each proposal is listed along with each of our
names underneath it so that you can procide comments about the proposal
under your name.  Please be careful not to delete or overwrite anyone elses
comments.  I also know it's going to take a bit of work, since we actually
ended up with 19 proposals.  Now we're committed to releasing the results on
the 15th June, so if we can each get our comments in there over the next 5
days or so, that would be fantastic.
