Hi,

I've already discussed with Tim ideas for what to do when we cannot
grant 10 projects.
An idea I like is to donate a grant to the Chinese (blenderCN) and one
to the Japanese website (blender.jp), for them to spend on volunteer(s)
to organize translations of (all of or more...) the material.
