[Bsod-mentors] James Marvin's Proposal

Did this guy even bother to read the guidelines?

I'm more than bothered about this particular proposal, I spoke to the person
online and he was quite...indifferent about the whole thing, more than once
making reference to his own unsuitability for the project. I'm personally
for removing this one from contention now.
