Greetings:

I *expect* to have everything up on the wiki by the deadline.  I have
been writing off-line since there are better tools available there
than the wiki browser editor. A little more time for polishing would
not hurt since no author is ever satisfied with his work.

In my experience, when programmers write documentation, they tend to
gloss over the 'obvious' parts and go into far too much detail
elsewhere.  Since all writing benefits from editing and revision, I
presume we are going to go thru at least one iteration of a
review/edit/update cycle.

I will be out of town in the lovely Upper Peninsula of Michigan
from 20-July thru 24-July.
