[Bf-webcontent] Update to blender.org Wordpress theme

Hello everybody,
on Friday we upgraded the Wordpress theme of the main blender.org website (switching from Bootstrap 2 to Bootstrap 3 among other things). 
The repository of the theme has been moved from GitHub to our Phabricator here https://developer.blender.org/diffusion/BO/.

Everything went smoothly but I would like to invite page owners to check out their sections and report/fix any issue. Kudos to Pablo Vazquez for the improved graphical framework and to Sergey and Dan for their support!
