[Bf-webcontent] site optimizations and speeding it up

It is quiet simple:
- The theme doesn't touch the core of WP, so it has nothing to do with 
Wordpress Updates
- Updates can be easily done, since there is still a single line break 
to differ what is which JS Script
- You reduce the count of unneccesary HTTP Queries

Concerning the CSS File:
You can build it over a script, so if you want to replace it, you simple 
build a new one. Having 9 CSS Scripts is ridicolous unnecessary. How 
often a CSS gets changed when the site is running? It is the same like 
building
the Blender Source, just for CSS.

It is not neccesary, but it is useful for the Pagerank + Performance.
