hi Braeden,

Francesco and Pablo are the key people that manage the blender site with
what I have seen. With the Blender conference going on right now, it might
be a little while before they respond with anything. The actual site design
and development is currently on GITHub.

The GITHub part just includes the coding for the main site (uses
Wordpress). If you want to help with content, Pablo or Francesco will need
to get you access to the staging.blender.org site.
