[Bf-webcontent] conference/presentations page has "dotted semitransparent background image" slowness problem too!

Sorry if still that old thing but

http://www.blender.org/conference/presentations

has the same exact problem too...

and btw it is a different header than its parent page...
http://www.blender.org/conference

which behaves normally...

thought someone could fix this before conference starts...
