[Bf-webcontent] Runs out of box?

My aim of bring up that isn't to write or fix a bug. The idea is to offer a
simple clue to users who run blender for the first time

Something like this under the current description: "in terminal type sudo
chmod +x /path/to/blender to run first time"

or something better.

I had to search around the first time I used blender, thus I thought it
would be smart providing that clue easily.
