[Bf-webcontent] Link to builder.blender under /download/?

Well, for the builder.blender.org download can be put somewhere, if only
the space isn't already full up.

But graphical.org? I don't think it'll be a good idea. Its a third party
thing from blender.

The blender site I believe is dealing directly with any thing directly
connected to blender.org.
