[Bf-webcontent] My version Homepage tweaks

In the image above,
1) I propose fixes to the raw-looking navigation links (with :active page
color variation )
2) The text over the header images. Better to have background color for
them to ensure easy readability.

I hope this list helps improves the blender site, instead of pointing out
its errors.
