[Bf-webcontent] very little glitch on /features/showcase subpages

just under the header you see the "showcase" backlink, but if you hover  
it, its section "expands" a little to show the orange underline... the  
same does not happen in a similar structured page:

where you see backlinks for six main subsections: License, Logo, Media  
Exposure, Press, Website  

but hovering those does not show the same "expanding" glitch
