Hi there blender ppl. 

I've recently signed up for this website
management thing, and from the emails I have received so far it seems a
little un-organized 

Is there an online forum based section for web
development projects?
Have I missed this?

Or else if there is no set
system in place I am more than happy to build one.
even just a forum
based system for starting threads, who is working on what etc.
