(Seems like the mailing list can't handle HTML mails, I wonder why ?)

You using MySQL as database ? (I think so)
If you were using PostgreSQL you could use triggers to make a more elegant
solution for static RSS building. Avoiding a 15 minutes rebuild even if
nothing has been changed.

But is working quite nicely though :) .

TheRSS feed is working fautlessly, it's great! However... Where do you
seethis on blender.org, I can't find it anywhere, including using
thesearch box?

we'veadded the publication script; the RSS feed is now published every
15minutes. I've also added the RSS link to the template and republishedthe
homepage and the news section. It will appear on other pages aswell as
soon as someone publishes them.

wouldjust subscribe to both of them]. How you've set up the feed using
the  tag to describe either a news item or announcement is  enough to
distinguish the posts.

Firefox/Mozilla users will see it automatically but you're right: we  
should add a link to the RSS feed on the homepage.
