[Bf-webcontent] IE CSS issue

Hm, it's not as simple as that I'm afraid. As the common.css needs to 
be loaded for every section, I cannot define that section specific 
background in there. But you've given me a good push in the right 
direction! The noNN4.css had too many comment symbols around it, that's 
fixed now (I'll need to do a lot of republishing though to get it into 
the website)

I've put back the <table> code for the header images and that fixes the 
'blank bar in the header' problem. The 'About' section has been fully 
republished - is it ok for everyone now? If so, I'll also republish the 
rest of the site.

I agree that the code is not getting any better at the moment. Are you 
interested in the Typo3 template that I use so that you can work on 
that?
