[Bf-webcontent] IE CSS issue

Hello Bart,
the first problem is about 3 times defining div.maincont.
just use this definition in common.css:
.maincont { background-image:
url(http://www.blender3d.org/_gfx/common/bgline/bgline_education.gif);
width: 720px; height: 100%; position: relative; }
and delete all the maincont definitions in other css (there 2 times in
topnav.css :( )
The import for Education_noNN4.css did not work on IE!!! That's why
shorternpages get white (white comes from bad definition of the maincont
div).
Overall CSS and HTML code looks very unclean :(
It is good to writing nice code but IE does not allowing you formating
it nice because it makes lot of spaces.
Education_noNN4.css seems absolute useless.
