[Bf-webcontent] no more flickering

my version is also css based but it doesn't use fixed values for height! 
if I make the fonts large enough it doesn't only chop the menu, it chops 
the whole site ;-)

BTW: my version falls victim to a bug in the gecko engine. you don't see 
it at the example but it makes my version useless.
