[Bf-webcontent] no more flickering

Ok, we're almost there!

I have tried to solve the last cosmetic issue by changing the style for 
the about menu instead of inserting a style into the a href; I'm not 
sure how to tweak the typo3 template to do that. Unfortunately, it 
doesn't seem to work.

Also, I have now enclosed the header graphic in a separate div to make 
it properly float down; only adding a div around the menu didn't do the 
trick for me:

This morning, Ton has also asked me to prepare a 'white' template; he 
wanted to see how the site looks without being overly colorfull as it 
is now:

How do y'all like that? Oh and before you ask: the guy in the picture 
is Jan des Bouvrie, a Dutch designer who thinks everything should be 
white. I put him in there to annoy Ton ;-)
