[Bf-webcontent] no more flickering

Hi Bart,

1 and 2) Now there area 4 stylesheets fighting together for the website, 
the menu problem could be easily fixed putting the menu in other div, 
this could fix the header problem to (div makes a break). Add <div 
id="mainmenu"> ... </div> around the menu.

3) fixed with a margin inside the page fur the ul element of li ul for 
"eShop"

Added background-image: none; inside the page for the link "About 
Blender" inside the page too (cosmetic).
Added header image and works fine here:
