[Bf-webcontent] Menu nearly done

I can't believe you used the F-word! :-)

Here's another thing to consider: the design doesn't have to work 
perfectly on all browsers, as long as it degrades gracefully. I don't 
mind about the dropdowns not working in Netscape 4, but the site should 
remain useable.

I don't mind a few lines of javascript to get things working by the 
way. If you take a look at the current library that is needed for the 
dropdown menus you'll agree that just 10 lines of code is a big 
improvement ;-)
