[Bf-webcontent] Menu nearly done

I too confirm this nasty flicker. I'm afraid that what you men are 
encountering is the inevitable: Without serious CSS hacks and/or JS etc. 
a pure CSS dropdown menu is not feasible if you're aiming for perfect 
cross/browser compatibility. In my experience, JavaScript is necessary 
to get the desired effect working on all browsers, unless you want to 
insert non-compliant proprietary code snippets into if statements just 
to make things work. We'd almost be better off having a flash animation 
as the header for the page. *gag*
