HTML/website hosting
www.blenderman.org (free registration, must contribute to the magazine for 
free web hosting)

are these things that would be able to go into a resource page?

they are not as such, resources for blender as in themes, plugins, 
models....  but they are somthing to help people at the tail end of their 
blender work.  showing their work off.
