[Bf-webcontent] todo list

Hi all,

I have a little todo list for blender3d.org on my desktop and I thought 
I'd share it. On it, I put things such as the tutorials that I 
sometimes have to take offline (it would be nice to put them back after 
a while ;-), or ideas that I have for the site. If you see anything 
that you like or something that can be added to the list, just post a 
message here.
