[Bf-webcontent] System Requirements

hi all,

i've begun to add a "system requirements" page at: 
http://www.blender3d.org/cms/index.php?id=472

you have to login to see it. it is not so easy to find the right layout 
but i think to have one for every os is the best. but i can't say much 
about solaris and irix. and i even don't know if the other information 
is correct. somebody should check it.
