[Bf-webcontent] Tutorial backup: step 1

Hi all,

I have created a backup of the full tutorial list. The method is simple:

1) I have set up a new page that contains ALL the tutorials on one 
page: http://www.blender3d.org/cms/index.php?id=476

2) By using wget (or any other tool to mirror websites), just pull the 
pages from the net and archive them. Wget instructions are included on 
the page above.

By analysing the output.log file, you will be able to figure out which 
pages no longer exist (look for '404' and '500' messages)

I now have a nice 166MB tutorials archive on my powerbook :)

Next step: we have to start thinking about contacting the authors and 
asking them for their permission to publish their work on blender3d.org 
once the tutorials are no longer available online
