[Bf-webcontent] Blender Manual & Books Pages Merged

Thanks, Bart gets some credit though. I just noted the redundant 
information to begin with.
Thing is 1) the old pages still exist so old links will still work and show 
old info and 2) The Sitemap needs to be updated. Bart: your department I 
believe. :)
