[Bf-webcontent] Download page

Hi Douglas,

a revised news setup is part of the plans for the next website - I agree
with Matt that we shouldn't put too much energy into reworking the
current website's structure/functionality anymore. 

I'd say though that an article about the new artists section should
definately appear on blender.org! :)
