[Bf-webcontent] Download page

I wouldn't change the download page. I would change the first (index) 
page. What about adding some recent news about Blender and about the 
Blenderhomepage (e.g. new Tutorials ...). At the moment we only have 
this large image leading us to the download page. This is quite drab.
