[Bf-webcontent] New Blender Manual

Hello,

Stefano is currently uploading the new Blender book in pdf and html
format, this has some consequences for the website. For the time being
the old 2.28 manual will also be kept around but the files have been
renamed to indicate they're 2.28 material (BlenderManual228.html.tar.gz).

This would break several pages on at least blender.org, so symlinks with
the old names have been made to the new to not break those immediately.
The new manual will follow a slightly different naming scheme than the
last (htmlI and htmlII directories for two volumes).

I hope that takes care of all the issues, if not, let us know :)
