[Bf-viewport] Plans for February

Hi all,

We finished the Viewport related February plans. If anyone is
interested on helping, the tasks can be split or moved around. Just
poke me or anyone involved here or on IRC.

The goal for February is to get the clay-engine as close to finished
as possible. I'll be doing short weekly reports here so people can
follow the project closely.

And as soon as we can we will push clay-engine to render-layers or
blender2.8 branches, so the work is more visible.
