[Bf-viewport] Updates for the week of May 30th - June 6th

Alright I'll do some more work on this branch and submit a patch review for
cycles preview mode when i consider it ready. (No ETA though)

Then I'll do a branch (officially?) and develop the realtime renderer on it.
