[Bf-viewport] Blender UI Meeting Notes - April 9 2016

The goal is to make the viewport good enough so that it can replace BI
at some point. It will get its own nodes, so it will work independent
from the render engine used (would be nice to have a way to sync the
viewport and the render materials though, but that's for later).
