[Bf-translations-dev] 2.83 LTS release

Hi fellow translators,

This is a quick reminder that 2.83 LTS release will enter BCon4 status 
on the 13th of May. This means that the usual Monday update on the 11th 
(in two weeks) will be the last chance to get your work in that LTS 
release. No update after that point. ;)
