[Bf-translations-dev] Moving to 2.8 this weekend, please do not commit :)

Aaaaaanndddd there we go, feel free to spend your Christmas Eve 
translating the 3k brand new ui messages from Blender 2.8x in your 
favorite language! :D

More seriously, there are still some kinks to be ironed out, but most of 
it should be OK already.
