[Bf-translations-dev] Printf mismatch, again!

Is there any chance blender support i18n in this way for translators to
change the variable positions in the future?
For example, use this kind of variable.
msgid "Cannot find file %(file_name)s in folder %(folder_name)s."
Thus, translators can change the variable back and forth or vice versa.
