[Bf-translations-dev] UI Translation Failed to Display Chinese Partially

Anyother one can confirm this is happening with all versions of Blender
newer than 2.65a (from graphicall.org)?
In fact with each new version I see more and more strings getting
untranslated in the UI (although the strings are correctly translated in
the .po files).
