[Bf-translations-dev] Fuzzies converted to regular translations

Fortunately, there was no problem in Japanese files (AFAIK).:-)
We can PoEdit or msgfmt(with --statistics option) to check the number of
fuzzy tags, and the svn web viewer for diff them.
