[Bf-translations-dev] Material and Texture slot translation

Hi Bastien,
Thank you for many fixing! :-)

If possible, please check the "Set Parent To" menu([Ctrl]+[P]) and it's 
items. AFAIK, they've never been translated yet from 2.65 to 2.66RC in 
any languages...
